HOOLIGAN is a documentary in the way that confused it’s almost feckless. Narrator Sean Bean takes us end the action and talking heads through some of the worst voice more than work I’ve ever experienced; Bean gives from an air of superiority that is rude to how serious the focus of this documentary is, and the humour hits in this way wide of the mark it’s egregious it made the final cut. Also, the contributions made from talking heads rove over between current and former hooligans, and well… that’s with regard to it. Snippets are given to a police most important and a few other authority figures, if it were not that none are given more time than a current Millwall hooligan who have power to’t be named for legal reasons, and Tamer Hassan, Millwall use a ~ upon and ropey actor.
